Postage prices also cover fees and packaging costs.

Although 99.9% of items arrive as planned, we cannot be held responsible for items getting lost/delayed or damaged in the mail.

You will not be entitled to a refund if your order arrives damaged or is lost. If you want to make a complaint, please get in touch with your local postal service. We have nothing to do with the mailing process.
Return Policy
Unless a CD,Cassette or vinyl is somehow defective or there is a mistake with the order, we don't offer returns as everything is checked and carefully packaged before we send it.

If your order is returned to us, you will not be entitled to a refund of your original postage/packaging payment. However, if you would like us to re-send it to another address then you can re-pay postage/packaging and we will send your order back out.
